Mom arrived safely, and we've been walking everywhere, enjoying the unseasonably warm weather. Today's agenda included a trip to the Kiev Pechersk monastery, where we viewed mummified monks in narrow caves; visits to several churches, some shopping at outdoor markets, and a dinner of scrumptious Georgian food.
