sunday on suomenlinna

I spent most of Sunday wandering around Suomenlinna, the island fortress once considered the greatest fortification in the world, and one of UNESCO's world heritage sites. After imprisoning myself for a while,


I went for a stroll


And sunned myself on some rocks, a Finnish national pastime. I am now VERY tan and VERY blonde!


I stuck my toes in the water, but it was freezing!
