Heading off early Monday morning for a two-week sojourn in the US. My last two transatlantic trips have been traumatic (trying to connect through London the day the bomb plot broke; racing through Charles de Gaulle to make a super-tight connection as Air France was busy shredding my brand new suitcase), but I hope the third time's the charm!

My updates from Ukraine, which by then will be even colder and darker (yikes), will resume in two weeks.
